These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our web pages and services located at  https://snapto.net named “SnapTo”, operated by “Snaptec Limited”

The Terms & Conditions are effective as of July 1, 2025

Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy (“Agreements”). You acknowledge that you have read and understood the Agreements, and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) Agreements, then you may not use the Service, but please let us know by emailing info@snapto.net so we can try to find a solution. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

The Agreement applies to your whether you are – 

  1. Authorization: You affirm that you have legal permission to use SnapTo’s services. If you’re representing a business or organization, you confirm you have the authority to agree to these Terms on its behalf, making these Terms binding for the entity. 
  2. Indemnification: If using the Service for business purposes, you agree to indemnify and hold SnapTo harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your or your entity’s use of the Service.
  3. User Conduct: You agree not to use the Services in any manner that violates these Terms or our community guidelines, including to:

i)        obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to the Services or to our servers, systems, network, or data;

ii)      make available any content that is harmful to children, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable;

iii)    violate any applicable laws or regulations;

iv)    impersonate any person or entity; or forge or manipulate headers or identifiers to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the Service;

v)      make available any content that you do not have the right to make available or that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any person or entity;

vi)    post content containing advertisements or other commercial solicitations without our prior written permission;

vii)   make available viruses or any other computer code, files, programs or content designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of the Services or affect other users; or

viii) interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers, systems or networks connected to the Services in any way.

  1. Guidelines for Use: Use the Services only as outlined in the provided instructions and comply with all applicable laws. Unless SnapTo explicitly authorizes otherwise, the Service may not be used for commercial resale or reproduction.
  2. Anti-Corruption Compliance: You agree to follow all applicable anti-corruption regulations, ensuring no illegal payments or transactions occur within the Service’s scope.
  3. Intellectual Property Rights: Snaptec retains ownership of all intellectual property related to the Service of SnapTo. Without express written consent, you may not replicate, distribute, or commercially exploit any content or feature within SnapTo’s Service.
  4. Software License: Snaptec grants a non-transferable, revocable, personal license to use SnapTo, as long as you comply with these Terms.
  5. Support: Unless otherwise expressly stated, we do not promise to provide you with any support for the Services. If we provide you with support, it is at our sole discretion and does not mean that we will continue to provide you with support in the future.
  6. Fees: We reserve the right to charge fees for use of or access to the Services (and any associated support), whether currently in existence or not, in our sole discretion. If we decide to charge fees, our payment terms will apply and we will provide you with prior notice.
  7. Service Variations:  Different features may be available in different versions of the Services and not all features may be available in your country or region. Also, not all features may be available if the user that you are communicating with is using a different version of the Services, or is using third party software. 

License to use 

Unless otherwise stated, Snaptec and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website, as well as the mobile applications and material on the mobile applications. Subject to the license below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved.

You may view and download pages from the website for caching purposes only and print pages for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these terms and conditions.

You must not (or assist other/s):

  • Re-publish material and/or content and/or services from our website/mobile applications;
  • Sell, rent, or sub-license material and/or content and/or services from our website/mobile applications;
  • Show and share any material and/or content and/or services from the website and/or mobile application in public;
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or otherwise exploit material and/or content and/or services for a commercial purpose or otherwise;
  • Edit or otherwise modify the material and/or content and/or services from our website/mobile applications; or
  • Redistribute material and/or content and/or services from our website/mobile applications.

Availability of Services

Our services might experience interruptions due to maintenance, repairs, updates, upgrades, or issues with equipment or networks. Certain features, devices, or platforms may lose support, or some services may be discontinued altogether at any time. Additionally, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or other force majeure events, may impact the availability or functionality of our services.

Languages

The Company cannot be held responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, or misinterpretations arising from the translation of content or services, including these Terms of Use, into languages other than English. Such translations are provided purely for convenience and should not be considered authoritative. In the event of any discrepancies, inconsistencies, or conflicts between the translated content or services and the original English version, the English version will prevail and take precedence. Users are advised to refer to the English version for the most accurate and legally binding interpretation.

Payment

You agree to promptly pay all fees and charges as outlined, granting the Company authorization to process payments using your credit card, mobile banking or any other provided payment method for any due amounts. These transactions will not require additional notice or approval. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, and you are responsible for paying any taxes and related penalties in the relevant jurisdictions. You also agree to indemnify the Company against any liabilities or costs arising from such taxes. The Company may, where required, collect or withhold taxes for its services. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, all payments made are non-refundable. Refunds will only be considered in cases where the Company is unable to deliver the agreed service due to a system failure or other fault directly attributable to the Company. In such cases, any refund will be limited solely to the portion of fees corresponding to the specific period of service disruption. Issues arising from the client’s actions, third-party services, or circumstances beyond the Company’s control shall not constitute grounds for a refund. The Company will not provide any demurrage, compensation, or liability coverage for issues the client may face while using the software. Payment details, including credit card information, are managed by third-party payment processors, and their use of your data is governed by their respective privacy policies. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services without prior notice if payments for your subscription plan are unsuccessful.

User responsibility

You agree that the information you provide during your registration or at any other time while using or accessing our service on our mobile application or Site including but not limited to your name, email, password, country, and certain other information (collectively “Account Information”) is true, accurate, current and complete. You agree not to transfer or share your account password with anyone or create more than one account for the use of our Services. The company reserves the right to take any and all action, as it deems necessary or reasonable, regarding the security of the Site and your Account Information and to prevent fraud. While using Company Site and/or Mobile Applications, you agree to meet the system requirements, including but not limited to having the required device, operating system, internet connection as well as any and all other requirements needed for us to perform our services. Company has established reasonable safeguards and procedures to protect the security of clients information, but you must also take steps to protect the privacy and confidentiality of your own.

Notice and Takedown Procedures

If you believe any materials accessible on or from the Site and/or Mobile Application infringe your copyright, you may request removal of those materials (or access thereto) by contacting Company and providing the following information:

Identification of the material that you believe to be infringing and its location, and where possible include a copy or the location (e.g., URL) of an authorized version of the work. Please describe any other pertinent information that will allow us to locate the material. Please provide your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.

A statement that the information that you have supplied is accurate, and indicating that “under penalty of perjury,” you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

Complete Agreement 

Except as expressly provided by the Company, these Terms and Conditions, our privacy policy, and our disclaimer constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to the use of the Company Website, Content, and Mobile Applications.

Changes and Revisions 

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we may try to provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
